HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

In teams of four to 30 people, you will be taking on exciting challenges and surprising experiences in our Sensory Labs.  

For two hours, you will be put to the test through a playful and memorable journey that will allow you to experience the unsuspected power of your senses.

For each successfully completed challenge, you will collect SENSAS Charms that will convert into a donation SENSAS makes to its local partner charity supporting people with disabilities.

And to make sure you get the most out of your SENSAS experience, our Master of Senses will be guiding you at all times from a distance in order for you to immerse fully into the experience.

At the end of your journey, you will be offered the chance to take some incredible photos in our “anti-gravity” room to make sure you have a memento of your amazing time with us, and to show off to your friends!

We are open seven days a week from 9am to 11pm.

The SENSAS Experience has been made for up to two teams of 4-15 participants each, who can go through the experience together at the same time across two different paths. 

The two teams will follow each other, but without ever crossing or mixing each other, but will both go through all experiences. 

When booking, you can choose "Track 1" or "Track 2" indifferently, they are exactly the same, just differing in order.

For bookings of more than 15 people, your group needs to be split into two different teams. Please check the availability for both tracks at the desired time and date, and make sure to book two tracks.

The best way for doing this is to book the first session (Sensory Track Team 1), and add the second (Sensory Track Team 2) to your basket, before proceeding with the payment.

If there are not enough of you to book (less than four) just spread the words to friends! Share our teaser video, offer tickets to your friends, your family, or your colleagues.

A large part of the experience does take place in complete darkness.
However, some rooms are lit up in which you can stay if you ever get afraid of the dark. 

None of the doors or rooms are locked, so you can go out at any time of the experience if you are not feeling well or for any other reasons.

One of the goals when doing this experience is to overcome your fears. And if you do so, we can guarantee you will get greater satisfaction at the end of this journey!

Rest assured, many people suffering claustrophobia have come to SENSAS and enjoyed the experience to the fullest. We are very confident SENSAS will put a big smile on your face too!

To participate in the SENSAS experience you must:

For any special diet, allergy or intolerance, you must let us know at the time of the booking. Whenever is needed, we will adapt the experience accordingly.

In order to make NO compromises on your safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, please note the following and strictest hygiene standards remains:

• Wearing a mask remains compulsory, except when eating or smelling. 😷
  
• Hydro-alcoholic gel is available in all rooms, we ask everyone to use it upon arrival. 💦
  
• Surfaces and objects are fully disinfected between session. 🧼

One SENSAS team is a minimum of four players and up to 15. 

Over 15 participants, your group will be split into two teams (both teams will do go through the same experience, just in a different order, and will not meet each other) allowing you to book 30 participants on a same time slot.

The minimum age to participate in the SENSAS experience is seven years old. 

Of course! We can adapt the experience according to your allergies, food intolerances, special diets, religious denominations or pregnancy.

All allergies or intolerances and other dietary requirements MUST be indicated at the time of the booking.

Our team will ask you one last time prior to the start of the experience to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience.

Need for Kosher or Halal? Both options are available and to be selected at the time of your booking. 

There is no contraindication for pregnant women. Just let us know during the briefing (15 min before starting the SENSAS experience) for us to best guide you during the activities.

Yes, SENSAS is accessible to everyone: people with disabilities, using crutches, pregnant women... but please let us know at the time of your booking, so we can adapt the activities according to your needs. Some activities may be unsuitable for those with extreme reduction in mobility.

Absolutely, as long as the number of participants for one same team does not exceed 15, and 30 for two teams.

At SENSAS you only pay for the actual number of participants, so if one or more scheduled participants do not show off on D-Day, no problem. 

Please note the minimum required is four participants.

While we would have loved to say yes, we cannot. We do really require a minimum of four participants to be able to run the experience.

• Under 18 years old: £32 pp on week-days, £35 pp on week-ends.
• Students (ID Required): £34 pp on week-days, £37 pp on week-ends.
• Adults: £36 pp on week-days, £39 pp on week-ends.

Discounts for Social Committees :

• From Monday to Friday: £3 extra discount on all under 18 and student tickets, £2 on adults.

Discounts for Schools & Leisures Centres

• From Monday to Friday: £3 extra discount on all tickets.

To change the date of your booking:

• Please notify us at least 7 days in advance so that our team can find you an alternative date and / or time-slot.

To change the number of participants:

• At SENSAS you only pay for the actual number of participants, so if one or more scheduled participants do not show off on D-Day, no problem.
  The minimum charge fee equals four participants.

To cancel your booking:

• Please notify us at least 7 days in advance, otherwise we would not be able to initiate a full refund.

You will spend a total of two hours in our premises, as follows:

• A 15 minute briefing BEFORE the experience starts at the scheduled time.
  
• A Multi-sensory Experience lasting 1hr 30 minutes.
  
• Then you will enjoy 15 minutes doing a crazy photo shoot in our "anti-gravity" room to make sure you have an incredible memento of your amazing time with us.

Please note that the activity is experienced wearing socks.
We do recommend that you wear a light, comfortable and casual outfit.

Cloakroom and lockers are available for free. It is best to avoid bringing bags and any other valuables since you cannot keep them during the experience.

Yes, we have carried out hundreds of birthday celebrations and children love the SENSAS experience! Here's what to know:

• Duration: Two hours.
  
• Minimum age: Seven years old (because they will have to answer puzzles).
  
• Rates: £32 on week-days and £35 on week-ends, per child
  
• "Kosher / Halal" option: Please let us know in advance.
  
• Number of participants: Minimum of four, and up to 30 (including supervisors).
  
• Dress code: Casual outfit and socks. Shoes must be removed during the experience.

• Who supervises children? For every ten children, a parent or supervisor can participate for free. For any additional supervisor, ticket will be charged at a 50% discounted price.
