ARTICLE 3 : ORDERS AND BOOKINGS

Access to SENSAS London’s facilities is only possible following a booking made on london.sensas.top/booking. The Customer selects the number of participants and the type of ticket required (adult, child or student where applicable), together with a preferred date and time, then provides their personal or business contact details and pays a deposit online by card to confirm the booking.

The booking is valid for one specific day and time slot only, and is subject to availability, updated in real time on london.sensas.top/booking. The booking is only final once the Customer receives a confirmation email from SENSAS London. Bookings cannot be made less than 24 hours before the requested time slot.

ARTICLE 4 : PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 Price

Prices shown by SENSAS London are in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of services without prior notice. In accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the total price payable by the Customer, including all compulsory fees, is shown before payment; no further mandatory charge is added later in the booking journey.

SENSAS London reserves the right to change the prices shown on its website at any time. In all cases, the service is invoiced on the basis of the price in force and displayed on the website at the time the Customer made the booking.

4.2 Payment

For the deposit confirming the booking, SENSAS London accepts payment by credit or debit card. No other method of payment is accepted at this stage.

For the balance due on the day of the Customer’s visit, the same payment methods are accepted.

ARTICLE 5 : CANCELLATION AND THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

5.1 Game sessions

When booking on london.sensas.top, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to contracts for leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period. As session bookings are made for a fixed date and time, the Customer does not have a statutory right to cancel a confirmed game session booking.

Where the Customer’s team has fewer than 4 people present 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the experience remains payable in full for 4 people and the Customer is not entitled to any refund.

In the event of force majeure requiring SENSAS London to close on the day and time scheduled for the Customer’s visit, SENSAS London will issue the Customer with a credit note corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking. This credit note takes the form of a promotional code valid for one year for a booking at SENSAS London.

5.2 Gift vouchers

When purchasing a gift voucher on london.sensas.top, in accordance with Regulations 29 to 31 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Customer has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right to cancel, without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than those set out in the Regulations.

To exercise this right, the Customer must inform SENSAS London of their decision to cancel by a clear written statement sent to the contact details in Article 1, before the 14-day period expires. SENSAS London will reimburse all payments received from the Customer without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day SENSAS London is informed of the Customer’s decision to cancel, using the same payment method the Customer used for the original transaction.

This includes physical or verbal abuse, including sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive language, and any behaviour disrupting the facilitation of the experience or its enjoyment by other participants. In such cases, the excluded person remains liable for the full price of the experience, and any deposit already paid will not be refunded.

Where SENSAS London publishes specific health and safety rules, each participant must comply with them as displayed in the venue’s changing area.
